MEET
YOUR THERAPIST
Together, we’ll discuss your needs, concerns, and what you hope to gain from your session, so I can design a treatment that’s unique to you.

Ann Bradley-Whittaker
I have been in this practice since 2017, training in VTCT Level 3 Sports Massage through Total Therapy Training. I spent many years working for Derbyshire County Council (DCC), supporting elderly clients both in residential care and within the community.
I am specialised in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), officially recognised in Chinese hospitals as a form of medical treatment. My practice blends traditional Eastern methods with Western therapeutic techniques, allowing me to offer highly personalised treatments aimed at helping the body heal and return to its natural balance.
Treatments Tailored to You
My treatments are bespoke and based on a thorough consultation. Together, we’ll discuss your needs, concerns, and what you hope to gain from your session, so I can design a treatment that’s unique to you.
I draw from a variety of modalities, including:
-
Tui Na (Chinese medical massage)
-
Gua Sha (scraping therapy to stimulate circulation)
-
Fire Cupping
-
PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation)
-
Tendon and Ligament Needling
-
Dry Needling (Western technique)
-
Electro-Acupuncture
-
Neuromuscular Release (NMR)
Over the years, I’ve helped many clients find relief of muscular tension, improve mobility, and be more pain free. My techniques are designed to support and aid the body’s natural ability to heal and function at its best.

My Approach
I invest in continuing professional development to keep my techniques, and new practices, up to date. It brings me great satisfaction to see the positive changes this work can bring to both the body and the mind. Many of my clients have been with me for years, and I’m proud that much of my business comes through word-of-mouth and personal recommendations.

A Warm Welcome in the High Peak
My practice is based in my home in Chinley, nestled in the stunning High Peak area of Derbyshire. When I’m not working, I enjoy walking my two dogs, Dolly and Daisey, across the beautiful landscapes of Chapel-en-le-Frith, Edale, Whaley Bridge, Hayfield, and Buxworth.
Both dogs are calm and gentle and have their own space in the house. If you'd like to meet them, they’re always happy to say hello, but they won’t be a part of your visit unless you choose.
I am affiliated with Total Therapy Training Total Therapy Training – #1 for therapy training courses and part of the ABMP Respect Massage movement, which promotes professionalism, ethics, and integrity within the massage industry.
