Absolutely delighted with the results from my recent sessions with Ann.  I initially sought treatment for a persistent knee injury that was significantly impacting my daily life.  From the first consultation, Ann demonstrated a deep understanding of my injury, patiently explaining her proposed treatment plan which incorporated the comprehensive approach with cupping, targeted massage and electro dry needling.

I was particularly impressed with Ann's professionalism.  The treatment room has a very welcoming and relaxing atmosphere which put me at ease.

The combination of therapies was incredibly effective.  The cupping helped to release built up muscle tension in my thigh and calf, the massage was not only relaxing but helped with flexibility I lost due to injury.  The electro dry needling hit areas where I was unable to stretch due to my injury, giving relief to my outer thigh where I had been getting pain due to muscle tightness.

My pain has dramatically reduced and I've regained my mobility.  Ann is a skilled, professional and results-orientated massage therapist and I can't recommend her enough.
